• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), location (optional), interest, message, and technical data such as a hashed IP address and browser type used to screen spam.
• Purchases: name, email, payment confirmation, product purchased, and a watermarked PDF delivery link. For training enrolments we also collect contact details needed to communicate schedules and requirements.
• Site visits: anonymised browser data through standard hosting logs — not personalised advertising trackers.

2. How we use your data

We use your data only to:

• Reply to enquiries and questions about the guides and the plot design.
• Deliver free guides and purchased PDFs by email.
• Verify payments and issue invoices or receipts.
• Keep the site secure by detecting spam, abuse, and fraudulent purchases.
• Send rare, relevant updates about products or training you have signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. How we protect it

Your data is stored in a secure database with access limited to the project organisers. Payment processing is handled by Paddle, a PCI-compliant payment provider; we do not store your full card details on our servers. Email and PDF delivery links are sent securely and expire after a reasonable time.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with:

• Paddle — for payment processing, tax compliance, and billing receipts.
• Email delivery services — to send you PDF links, training confirmations, or replies.
• Lawful requests — if required by a valid court order or Philippine law.

5. Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. We may use a single session cookie to keep the site secure and functional. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work for reading, though form and payment features may be affected.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Ask for deletion of your personal data, unless we need to keep it for legal or tax reasons.
• Unsubscribe from any update emails.

7. Data retention

Enquiry records and purchase records are kept for as long as needed to reply, deliver, and comply with local tax and accounting rules. Spam submissions flagged by our filters are kept briefly for abuse prevention and then deleted.

8. Children

Our site is intended for adults and supervised young learners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has submitted data without consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the project grows. The latest version will always be published here. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or through a site notice.
